We at Care with Care have been serving the local community for nearly twenty years and are extremely proud to have built a reputation for providing genuine and reliable home care services for elderly people in the area.
We began in February 2002 with only a few staff members and a tiny rented office space. Since this time, we have worked hard improve and expand our qualifications, accreditation and premises. Today we employ twelve carers and have our own office facilities in the heart of Eynsham. We invite you to call in to talk about your specific needs.
All of our staff are local to the area and part of the same community as those we care for.
We choose to work like this as it means we are more able to pick up on and respond to problems that our clients can face. This is most likely to be as simple as covering for family member who has become unavailable at short notice or following up on the concerns of a neighbour. It has also, on many occasions, allowed us to pick up on genuine emergencies, call for medical assistance and provide support until it arrives.
What can our clients expect?
When working with us, clients can expect:
To be involved fully in the whole process of the delivery of care. Where this is not possible, our client’s Next of Kin or Allocated Person will be consulted.
That the services they receive closely follow their needs and adapt to changes in circumstance.
That the services they receive support them towards independence.
That the services provide support and do not undermine existing personal and social relationships, where that is the preference.
That the services provided are reliable, timely, flexible, non-intrusive and of good quality.
