Care With Care believes that every one should be able to live in their own home, however there are times when extra support is needed to enable that independence to be kept. Care With Care offers a variety of services, however the main focus of the care provided includes assistance with personal care, assistance with medication and assistance with meals. Other services include assisting with shopping, pension collection, light housework and companionship. Care With Care also work closely and liase with other Health Professionals in the area.
